- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- For health and safety reasons, certain items such as hair accessories, bows, headbands, and personalized items may be final sale and not eligible for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
